Any reservation cancelled at least 2 weeks before check-in date will be given a refund less a 20% cancelation fee. If for any reason you cancel your reservation within the two weeks prior to your reservation date, we will gladly refund you 50% of the reservation cost. We accept all major credit cards. Any cancellations within 24 hours of your check-in will not be eligible for refund. Changing the date(s) of your stay is no problem as long as occupancy allows.
